Whereas Nancy Thompson heretofore executed a marriage settlement to secure her property to her side before her marriage with Joseph Purvaince and deserted? that after her death the property should be divided among her heirs at law, and appointed Robert Wilson her trustee. Now, the heirs have agreed to divide the negroes, and it is agreed by them to offer to Philemon Morris and James wilson, to say what Robert Wilson the Trustee and one of the heirs at law may have for his trouble in attending to the property, also to ??:? what Wm William Wilson & Levi Fincher should have for their troube, and we do hereby bind ourselves to abide by whatever maybe awarded by said arbitration? & to paywhatever maybe allowed and to pay an equal parts of all legal costs about suits for the estate; and if said Wilsion & Morris cannot agree they are to ??? person to attest then & a majority to award.
